Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please contact us prior to sending any item back to us.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Packaging: All items should include all packaging materials, tags, and certificates where applicable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized or mystery items items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card company.
  2. Contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us for further instructions.
