Never even got the package, I ordered it at the beginning of November, by November 17th the package stayed at the sorting center until today when I finally was refunded. At the beginning, I emailed after the advertised tracking time went over, they offered me store credit, but clearly did not check up on the order, 3 weeks later I emailed them again as they said it takes a couple of days from the sorting center to leave, but after 3 weeks I knew the package was lost but was never updated, when I emailed them they said it would take 2-3 business days to look into it (don’t know why that wasn’t done to begin with). Very disappointing, lack of communication, disorganized and false advertising.
